In a valley just outside the ski-town of Winter Park, Colorado, many go to encounter Christ at one of the 26 Torchbearer Centres around the world: Timberline Lodge.
Chris and I were blessed in the few times we were able to visit this centre a over the past year and a half by both the staff and God’s incredible creation surrounding the valley where Timberline is located. The campus is peaceful yet exciting, the staff are incredibly warm yet authentic. We were privileged to spend the summer with one of the recently added staff, Joseph Weissman, another important part of our Communications and Development team.
Timberline runs a nine month Bible school program as well as various guest weeks and conferences throughout the year.
Chris was able to spend some time at the start of this last school year filming the centre, and has just recently finished editing a Bible School Promo for Timberline.
We are also very excited about a new program Timberline is offering this summer. Adventure Bible School is a two week course focused on the outdoors and getting into God’s Word.
